The receivership authorized pursuant to the terms of this Chapter and the Oregon Housing Receivership Act will terminate only by an order of the court after a showing by an interested party or the receiver that:

1. A. The abatement has been completed;
2. B. The costs and obligations incurred due to the abatement have been paid by an interested party or a lien has been filed pursuant to Section 29.90.100 of this Chapter; and
3. C. The interested party will manage the property in conformance with the applicable provisions of Portland City Code Titles 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 31 and 33.
