- A. Whenever an owner has been given a notice pursuant to this Title and has been directed to make any correction or to perform any act and the owner believes the finding of the notice was in error, the owner may have the notice reviewed by the City Administrator. If a review is sought, the owner must submit a written request to Portland Permitting & Development within 15 days of the date of the notice. Such review will be conducted by the City Administrator. The owner requesting such review will be given the opportunity to present evidence to the City Administrator. Following the review, the City Administrator will issue a written determination.
- B. Nothing in this Section limits the authority of the City Administrator to initiate a proceeding under Portland City Code Title 22.
