  1. A. The following requirements apply to nonresidential properties.
  2. B. The exterior of nonresidential structures must be maintained to the building code requirements in effect at the time of construction, alteration, or repair.
  3. C. The specific minimum maintenance standards set forth in Sections 29.35.020 through 29.35.100 apply to all nonresidential structures.
