All floating structures and supporting structural systems, electrical, plumbing and mechanical installations and devices required by this Title must be maintained in good serviceable condition and maintained in compliance with the requirements of the relevant Specialty Code and with Titles 24, 28, and 29 of this Code. As provided in the Specialty Codes, minor repairs and maintenance of floating structures including the electrical, plumbing, heating/air conditioning systems do not require a permit.
