- The Director of the Bureau of Development Services serves as the Building Official and will be referred to herein as the Director. The Director shall be responsible for the enforcement of this Title. The Director shall appoint technical officers, certified inspectors and other employees necessary to enforce this Title. The Director shall have the power to render interpretations of this Title and the Electrical Code and to adopt and enforce supplemental regulations in order to clarify the application of requirements. Such interpretations, rules and regulations shall be in conformance with the intent and purpose of the Electrical Code.
