24.20.010 General.

City code section
  1. A.  In addition to the inspections required under Section 110 of the Oregon Structural Specialty Code, the owner or the owner’s agent must employ a Special Inspector during construction of the types of work specified in Chapter 17 of the Oregon Structural Specialty Code or for cases specifically required by the City Administrator.
  2. B.  The City Administrator may adopt and enforce written rules concerning the conduct and administration of special inspections in Portland.
