22.01.010 Purpose.
- The purpose of this Title is to provide for the prompt, effective, and efficient enforcement of the Portland City Code so as to carry out the policies of the City as they are embodied elsewhere in this Code; to provide a fast, fair, and impartial adjudication of the alleged City Code violations; and to provide persons adversely affected by administrative determinations and decisions with an effective and, impartial appeal and review of the legality and appropriateness of the determination.
