City Code Section
- Each employee of the Portland Water Bureau going onto private property for purposes such as, but not limited to, reading, inspecting or testing any metering device, piping system or backflow assembly installed under the provisions of Oregon Health Authority Cross-Connection Control Requirements and this Title must wear identification from the Portland Water Bureau in a conspicuous place upon the exterior of their clothing. The identification must be shown upon demand of any property owner, tenant or person in charge of the premises entered.
