20.40.030 Fees.

City Code Section
  1. A.  The City Administrator is authorized to establish, maintain and modify a schedule of fees for the events and uses allowed at PIR.
  2. B.  It is unlawful for any person to use PIR without first paying the fee established for that use or event.
  3. C.  The fee schedule for use of PIR for recreational and vehicle testing purposes and other miscellaneous uses may include, but is not limited to, fees for:
    1. 1. Testing of cars on the road course, on the days set aside for testing use.
    2. 2. Recreational riding for motorcycles.
    3. 3. For miscellaneous events and facility use, including fees for use of lights.
    4. 4. For placement of advertising.
    5. 5. Surcharges for violations of any rule or policy.
