Any person who has been employed by the Bureau in connection with the municipal golf courses for a period of 25 years or more will be granted a lifetime certificate entitling them to use without charge and at all times any golf facility operated by the City. The certificates will be issued by the Bureau and will not be transferable. Employees hired after August 31, 2013 will not be granted this certificate. The holder of a life certificate, however obtained, possesses no playing rights superior or prior to any person playing on a single green fee or otherwise in accordance with the rules of golf courses.
