20.12.160 Unlawful Use of River Frontage Along Park Property.

City Code Section
  1. A.  No person may jump or dive from any seawall, pier or dock in any park, into the Willamette or Columbia Rivers.
  2. B.  No person may tie or fasten any log, boat, or other floating equipment to or upon park property bordering upon the Willamette or Columbia Rivers, except for temporary mooring of pleasure boats, in accordance with the provisions of Section 19.16.060 of this Code.
