20.04.060 Good Neighbor Agreements - Recreational Fields.

City Code Section
  1. A.  When the City is the field permitting organization (FPO), the City may enter into non-binding Good Neighbor Agreements (GNAs) under Section 20.04.050.
  2. B.  When the City is not the FPO, the FPO may negotiate, execute and administer GNAs under Section 20.04.050 according to its own internal processes.
  3. C.  All GNAs, whether entered into by the City or by any other FPO, will comply with the Good Neighbor Agreement Policy adopted by the City Administrator for Portland Parks & Recreation, including the process.
