City Code Section
(Amended by Ordinance No. 180917, effective May 26, 2007.) The Harbor Master shall have full power to arrest any person or persons who violate any of the provisions of this Title, and he/she shall have the right to call on the Chief of the Bureau of Police and/or the Chief of Portland Fire & Rescue who shall aid him/her in the execution of his/her duties.
