17.33.130 Notice Sufficiency.

City Code Section
  1. For purposes of this Chapter, notice shall be deemed to have been received upon the mailing of said notice by first class mail or upon delivery of the notice in person.  An error in the name of the owner or agent of the owner or the use of a name other than that of the true owner or agent for the property shall not render the notice void.
