- The Director may adopt and amend by Administrative Rule regulations and procedures to implement the provisions of this chapter. Any Administrative Rule adopted under this Section shall be filed with the Auditor for inclusion in the Portland Policy Documents, in accordance with Chapter 1.07 of this Code. The Administrator may develop forms and procedures as needed to implement this chapter and the Administrative Rules.
