City Code Section
(Added by Ordinance No. 177028, effective December 14, 2002.) A facility for the movement of pedestrians, vehicles or goods, the specific user or users being determined by modifying words, such as road, bicycle, pedestrian, etc. Path and lane are synonyms for way, and likewise may be given a more specific meaning through use of a specified user or specific definition.
