16.70.730 Signs in Traffic Congestion Thoroughfares.

  1. The signs referred to in Section 16.70.720 must notify drivers that they are entering a traffic congestion thoroughfare; that repeated passage of a motor vehicle through or across the traffic congestion thoroughfare is a violation of City Code Section 16.70.740; and that, for a subsequent violation, the vehicle will be towed.
