16.70.430 Train Switching Prohibited in Certain Areas.

City Code Section
  1. A.  On railroad tracks located in NW 12th Ave between West Burnside St and NW Hoyt St, and on railroad tracks located on NW Flanders St, between NW 12th Ave and NW Front Ave, it is unlawful for any person to direct, cause, or permit switching movements of freight cars between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
  2. B.  No person may direct, cause, or permit any railroad equipment to be left or parked on the main line tracks of these streets.
