16.40.720 NEMT Services Permit Fees and Civil Penalty Fines.

  1. A.  Permit fees. NEMT Companies must pay City permit fees and civil penalty fines consistent with Sections 16.40.910, 16.40.930, and 16.40.950.
  2. B.  Permit issuance. No NEMT company permit may be issued until all permit fees and civil penalty fines have been paid and received by the City.
