16.30.225 Towing with 24-Hour or 72-Hour Notice.

City Code Section
  1. A.  A vehicle may be towed 24 hours after notice of intent to tow has been affixed to or placed on the vehicle if the vehicle is an abandoned vehicle that is an immediate threat to the public health or safety because of its condition.
  2. B.  A vehicle may be towed 72 hours after notice of intent to tow has been affixed to or placed on the vehicle if the vehicle is an abandoned vehicle; or
  3. C.  A vehicle may be towed 72 hours after notice of intent to tow has been affixed to or placed on the vehicle if the vehicle is in violation of Subsections 16.20.120 H. or I. or Section 16.20.170.
  4. D.  Notice will be mailed after tow as provided in Section 16.30.320.
