16.20.450 Obstruction of Parking Meters.

City Code Section
  1. No vehicle or other property may obstruct access to a parking meter in a manner that prevents deposit of coins in the meter, visibility of the meter instructions or time limit, or visibility of any signs mounted on the meter pipe. A vehicle or other property in violation of this Section is a nuisance and is subject to summary abatement.
