16.10.400 Regulation Standards.

  1. The City Administrator may erect traffic control devices and impose regulations to control traffic and parking in Portland. The regulations of the City Administrator will be based on:
  2. A. traffic engineering principles and traffic investigations;
  3. B. standards, limitations, and rules issued by the Oregon Transportation Commission; and
  4. C. other recognized traffic control standards.
