14B.90.070 Subsequent Locations.

  1. A.  Dealers must file an application for a permit for a subsequent or additional business location with the Revenue Division and pay a nonrefundable fee as set forth in the administrative rules, provided the information required for the subsequent or additional business location is identical to that provided in the application for the prior location with the exception of that required by Subsection 14B.90.040 A.2.
  2. B.  Permits issued for subsequent or additional business locations will be subject to all the requirements of this Chapter, and the term of the permit issued for a subsequent or additional location will expire on the same date as the initial permit.
