14A.110.250 Misuse of Portland Streetcar Ticket Vending or Ticket Validating Equipment.

City Code Section
  1. No person shall:
  2. A.  Deface, injure, tamper with, break or destroy or impair  the usefulness of any Portland Streetcar Ticket Vending Machine or Ticket Validating machine; or
  3. B.  Remove any coin box or the money content from any Portland Streetcar Ticket Vending Machine or Portland Streetcar property; or
  4. C.  Open or remove the contents of same without lawful authority.
