- A. Whenever a property owner or responsible party has been given a notice as required by this Chapter and has been directed to make any correction or to perform any act and the owner or responsible party believes the finding of the notice was in error, the owner or responsible party may have the notice reviewed by the BDS Director or City Forester, as applicable. If a review is sought, the owner or responsible party shall submit a written request to the City within 15 days of the date of the notice. The BDS Director or City Forester, as applicable, may extend this requirement for good cause shown. Such review will be conducted by the BDS Director or City Forester, as applicable. The owner or responsible party requesting such review will be given the opportunity to present evidence. Following the review, the BDS Director or City Forester, as applicable will issue a written determination.
- B. Nothing in this Section limits the authority of either the BDS Director or City Forester to initiate a proceeding under Title 22 Hearings Officer.
