The Advisory Bodies Program provides training and resources for advisory body members to understand policies, practices and procedures; ensures that all advisory bodies follow and uphold their rules and bylaws; and offers recruitment information for current open positions.

Civic Life's grant program aims to strengthen community, build inclusion, and support engagement with City government.

We partner with Portland's immigrant and refugee communities to create equitable services, resources, and policies.

The Neighborhood Program invests in neighborhood associations, community organizations and business districts to help build inclusive and livable neighborhoods for all Portlanders. We do this by funding seven district offices who then provide support to constituents in their assigned region.
