Programs

The Advisory Bodies Program provides training and resources for advisory body members to understand policies, practices and procedures; ensures that all advisory bodies follow and uphold their rules and bylaws; and offers recruitment information for current open positions.

We partner with Portland's immigrant and refugee communities to create equitable services, resources, and policies.

The Neighborhood Program invests in neighborhood associations and community organizations to help build inclusive and livable neighborhoods for all Portlanders. We do this work in partnership with four nonprofit-run district coalition offices.

The Youth Program offers resources and support to City bureaus and departments on best practices in youth engagement, especially youth engagement on advisory bodies and commissions.
