The Advisory Bodies Program provides training and resources for advisory body members to understand policies, practices and procedures; ensures that all advisory bodies follow and uphold their rules and bylaws; and offers recruitment information for current open positions.
The Cannabis Program oversees the regulatory, licensing, compliance, community impact, and equity initiatives for Portland's legal cannabis industry, both medical and adult-use.

The Graffiti Program works with community members to keep Portland beautiful by removing unauthorized graffiti. We also partner with local groups to support and protect public art murals.

Portland's neighborhood system is made up of 94 recognized neighborhood associations and seven neighborhood district coalition offices located throughout the city.
The Noise Program supports the city’s lively spirit, safety, and health by reviewing requests for City noise code variances for exciting and essential events. We also educate the public on the human health issue of urban noise pollution by enforcing the City's Noise Code Title 18.
