The Urban League of Portland is hosting a series of Reclaim Your Vote events in person and virtually ahead of the 2024 election. Reclaim Your Vote is a national effort to increase voter engagement, knowledge, and registration through collaboration with National Urban League partners. The Urban League of Portland works to protect the right to vote for all Americans regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, or socioeconomic background.

Starting January 2024 until November 2024, the Urban League of Portland will host a virtual event and couple in person events each month to help Oregon voters reclaim their vote. These events will have information about new voter registration, maintaining current voter registration, and the City of Portland’s new voting system – rank choice voting. The new voting system only applies to residents of Portland and goes into effect for the Nov. 7, 2024 election. Portland voters will not receive a ballot for the Spring 2024 primary election. Join an event to learn more about voting in 2024 and Reclaim Your Vote!
