The Cannabis Program's Social Equity & Educational Development Grant is now open! There are two steps to the application process this year. Step One is happening now through early November, so get your application in soon!
STEP ONE
Monday, October 3 – Friday, November 11
Applicants must create a WebGrants account. WebGrants is used by the City of Portland to manage grant applications. You will not be able to apply for the grant until you or your organization have an account in WebGrants.
STEP TWO
Monday, October 17 – Friday, December 23
Applicants with WebGrants accounts will be invited to complete their pre-application. This is a chance for you to define the proposed project and explain how it meets the grant requirements. After you submit your pre-application, the SEED Grant Committee will decide if your proposal meets the grant guidelines. Approved applicants will be invited to submit a full application in March 2023.
