The City of Portland’s Office of Community and Civic Life is seeking a Disability Coordinator to join our Disability Program team.

The Disability Program builds the City government's capacity to meaningfully engage with Portland's disability communities and supports disabled Portlanders to effectively engage with the government.
The Disability Coordinator will develop policy recommendations and provide guidance Citywide to eliminate systemic barriers in the community and civic engagement for disability communities; identifying resources that can be directed to disability community capacity building, and partner with communities to allocate resources to communities most impacted by systemic and institutional barriers; and more.
