The Neighborhood Program invests in neighborhood associations and community organizations to help build inclusive and livable neighborhoods for all Portlanders. We do this work in partnership with four nonprofit-run district coalition offices.
Arlington Heights Neighborhood Association meets on the second Monday of the month. These meetings are open to the public. The Annual Meeting is held in September.
The Ashcreek Neighborhood Association meets the second Monday of the month. These meetings are always open to the public. The Annual Meeting with elections is held in April.
