The Neighborhood Program invests in neighborhood associations and community organizations to help build inclusive and livable neighborhoods for all Portlanders. We do this work in partnership with four nonprofit-run district coalition offices.
Board Meetings are held on the second Tuesdays at 6:00 pm. No meetings in July, August and December. The Annual Membership Meeting with elections is held in February. These meetings are open to the public.
