The Neighborhood Program invests in neighborhood associations and community organizations to help build inclusive and livable neighborhoods for all Portlanders. We do this work in partnership with four nonprofit-run district coalition offices.

Foster-Powell Neighborhood Assoc - Community Gathering

FPNA hosts a monthly Community Gathering at Holgate Library on the first Saturday of each month, from 1 to 3 p.m. The first hour is typically a presentation or group discussion, and the second hour is more casual. This is a great time to meet your neighbors and FPNA board members!

Northwest District Association Board meets on the third Monday of the month.

Pleasant Valley Neighborhood Association Meeting

Pleasant Valley Neighborhood Association Board meets 6:30 - 7:00 pm, on the third Monday of the month. A General Meeting follows the Board Meeting, on the same date, 7:00 - 8:30 pm.

Eliot Neighborhood Association Board Meeting

Eliot Neighborhood Association Board meets on the 3rd Monday of most months. In January, February and June, meetings are held on the fourth Monday due to holidays. No meeting in December.
