Program
The Neighborhood Program invests in neighborhood associations and community organizations to help build inclusive and livable neighborhoods for all Portlanders. We do this work in partnership with four nonprofit-run district coalition offices.

Foster-Powell Neighborhood Assoc - Community Gathering

FPNA hosts a monthly Community Gathering at Holgate Library on the first Saturday of each month, from 1 to 3 p.m. The first hour is typically a presentation or group discussion, and the second hour is more casual. This is a great time to meet your neighbors and FPNA board members!

Arlington Heights Neighborhood Association General Membership Meeting

Arlington Heights Neighborhood Association holds quarterly General Membership Meetings on the second Wednesday of March, June, September (Annual Meeting with elections) and December.

Concordia Neighborhood Association Meeting

Concordia Neighborhood Association Board meets on the second Wednesday of the month. The Board Meeting is sometimes combined with a General Membership Meeting.

Vernon Neighborhood Association Board Meeting

Vernon Neighborhood Association Board meets on the second Wednesday of months there is no General Meeting; February, March, May, June, August, September and November. No meeting in December.
