Russell Neighborhood Association meets on the third Tuesday of January (Annual Meeting), April, July and October.
6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Meetings are hybrid. In-person at Linfield University, Building 2 Conference Room, 2900 NE 132nd Ave. Parking is available in any unmarked space. View campus map. Participants can also join remotely.
