Russell Neighborhood Association meets quarterly, on the 4th Tuesday of January (Annual Meeting with elections), April, July and October.
6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Location: Linfield University, Building 2 Conference Room, 2900 NE 132nd Ave. Parking is available in any unmarked space. View campus map. Participants can also join remotely.

Meetings are open to the public. Everyone is welcome.
