Neighborhood Program
Program
The Neighborhood Program invests in neighborhood associations and community organizations to help build inclusive and livable neighborhoods for all Portlanders. We do this work in partnership with four nonprofit-run district coalition offices.
Pleasant Valley Neighborhood Association holds meetings on the 3rd Monday of the month. A Board Meeting, from 6:30 - 7:00 pm is immediately followed by a General Meeting, from 7:00 - 8:30 pm.
