Neighborhood Program
Program
The Neighborhood Program invests in neighborhood associations and community organizations to help build inclusive and livable neighborhoods for all Portlanders. We do this work in partnership with four nonprofit-run district coalition offices.
Vernon Neighborhood Association meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month. The quarterly meetings are General Membership meetings; January, April, July and October (Annual Meeting).
