Apply for a Temporary Liquor License

Temporary or special event liquor license applications must be submitted to both the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) and the City for approval. The City's deadline for temporary liquor licenses is seven days prior to your event.

The forms will take 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

  1. Mail application and fee to the City

  2. Mail a copy of your application to the OLCC with fee payment

    Mail a copy of your completed temporary liquor license and fee payment to the regional OLCC office:
