Guide
This guide will help you understand how to apply for a liquor license with the City of Portland.
This page will help you apply for a new license, add an additional privilege, change ownership, change privilege, or other (for example, on-premises sales, off-premises sales, distillery, etc.) If you are unsure which license best fits your needs, please contact the Oregon Liquor Control Commission.
Temporary or special event liquor license applications must be submitted to both the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) and the City for approval.
The City of Portland is required to post pending applications for 30 days. Below you will find a list sorted by neighborhood districts. You will also find information about how to submit a public comment about an open application.
