PCC Request for Proposals – Free Legal Services for Immigrant and Refugee Communities

PCC is now accepting proposals through a new Request for Proposals (RFP) to expand free legal services for immigrant and refugee communities. This opportunity supports continued access to immigration legal support through our established partnership with Portland Community College. Interested organizations are encouraged to review the RFP and submit proposals following the application instructions.
