These free workshops are held with the intention of building a loose cohort and provide mentorship opportunities for people moving into anti-racist organizational or consultation work. This knowledge is often limited to institutions and this is an effort to provide free, public community resource-sharing. These sessions come from an abolitionist, trauma-informed and anti-racist perspective. Each training is followed up with a reflective discussion workshop, and there are opportunities to schedule free 1-on-1 consultation and mentorship time also (in Spring 2022).
