Information
If you are licensing a cannabis laboratory or research facility you will need to submit the following:
- Land Use Compatibility Information Form for a Marijuana Laboratory or a Marijuana Research Facility.
- Zoning Verification Map from the Bureau of Development Services Permit Center;
- Completed Land Use Compatibility Statement (LUCS). This document provides directions and information required for the LUCS.
- $250 processing fee. This fee can be paid by check or money order.
