The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) recently completed 100% plans for the N Willamette Boulevard Active Transportation Corridor Project. The 100% plans are second-to-last design milestone before beginning the process of getting a contractor on board to construct the remaining improvements.

2016 to 2025
Construction is anticipated to start in the Summer of 2024 and will take up to four months to complete.
Project design began in 2019 and will continue through 2024. Construction is expected to begin Spring 2025.
Construction began April 15, 2024. Environmental Services has completed about 60% of the public sewer extension project in the Sellwood-Moreland neighborhoods. The project is expected to be complete by October 2025.
