City Charter Section

- Charter amendments, ordinances or measures adopted by the electors of the City under the initiative or approved by the electors of the City when submitted under the referendum shall take effect at the time fixed therein if such time occurs after the vote thereon; if no such time is designated therein, at the day of the adoption.
