Amend Parking Space Reservation Code to allow for flexibility in the distribution of responsibilities (amend Code Section 16.20.460)

Amend Private For-Hire Transportation Code to clarify uses of Transportation Network Company fees (amend Code Section 16.40.910)

Amend Code to align with the amended City Charter approved by voters in Portland Measure 26-228 (amend Code Titles 1, 11 and 27, replace Code Titles 10, 16 and 21)

Amend Towing & Disposition of Vehicles Code to expand tow authority and define lawful possession of an impounded vehicle (amend Code Sections 16.30.100, 16.30.220, 16.30.510 and 16.30.520)

Amend Private For-Hire Transportation Regulations Code to increase vehicle age limit, identify administrative suspension for exemption from eligibility, amend driving history requirements, and require decertification of drivers (amend Code Chapter 16.40)

Amend Vehicles and Traffic Code and direct the Portland Bureau of Transportation to adopt Administrative Rules to create a process for the installation of electric vehicle chargers in the public right-of-way (add Code Sections 16.20.290 and 16.90.111)

Amend Motor Vehicle Fuels Code to increase the minimum content requirements for biofuels and add a carbon intensity standard to ensure lowest carbon fuels are sold in the City of Portland (amend Code Chapter 16.60)

Amend Upper Northwest Parking Definitions Code to revise the definitions of long-term meter and short-term meter (amend Code Section 16.35.110)
