This proposed new directive aims to establish the Bureau's procedure for processing formal recommendations. 

Changes aim to reflect current practices and partnership with TIPNW, require CRT notification for fatal traffic crashes, clarify CRT notifications, and offer more detailed guidance regarding CRT functions. 

Changes aim to simplify and streamline SERT/CNT activation, provide increased guidance for supervisors analyzing incidents, require risk assessment for planned arrest and search warrants, and clearly identify when CICs are needed. 

Amend Partial and Full Exemptions of System Development Charges for Affordable Housing Developments Code to temporarily remove income requirements for homeownership units (amend Code Section 30.01.095)

Add Electric Vehicle Charging Systems Funding Code (add Code Chapter 26.11)

Changes aim to clarify PS3 duties and responsibilities in areas such as vehicle crashes, evidence collection, and report writing; reframe "force" considerations with increased accuracy; and update directive language, formatting, and content for consistency with other Bureau directives.
