Amend Arts Tax Code to provide tax relief, promote sustainability of Arts Access Fund, define critical terms, and respond to community and audit recommendations (amend Code Chapter 6.10)

Amend Special Taxes Code to conform to Oregon Revised Statute 314.835 (amend Code Sections 6.04.130, 6.05.070, 6.09.040, and add Code Section 6.04.135)

Amend Lloyd Business District Fee Code to correct inadvertent change (amend Code Sections 6.06.260 and 6.06.270)

Amend District Property Management License Code to update fees and district boundary to extend Downtown Portland Clean and Safe Enhanced Services District Property Management License Fee for an additional ten years and to align with amended City Charter approved by voters in Portland Measure 26-228 (replace Code Chapter 6.06)

Amend Code to align with the amended City Charter approved by voters in Portland Measure 26-228 (amend Code Title 6 and replace Code Titles 5 and 7)

Amend District Property Management License Code to update fees and district boundary to extend Downtown Portland Clean and Safe Enhanced Services District Property Management License Fee for an additional ten years and to align with amended City Charter approved by voters in Portland Measure 26-228 (replace Code Chapter 6.06)

Amend Tourism Improvement District Code to modify the license assessment rate and remove the periodic sunset review requirement (amend Code Sections 6.05.020 and 6.05.060 and repeal Code Section 6.05.130)

Extend Lloyd Business District property management license fee for an additional ten years and amend District Property Management License Code to update fees and due dates (amend Code Sections 6.06.260 and 6.06.270)

Amend Portland Tourism Improvement District to add Tourism and Hospitality Recovery Surcharge and revise the periodic sunset review requirement (amend Code Chapter 6.05)
