0339.00 Crash Review Process (formerly, 0640.52, Vehicle Collision Review Board) - Second Universal Review

The proposed changes aim to reframe the CRB as an advisory and auditing body applying a risk management lens for the crash review process to inform training, policy, and equipment needs, replacing their current role as a secondary review of individual investigations in the After-Action process. The proposed changes also remove crash-specific findings (preventable, non-preventable, etc.) for After-Actions, and emphasize the standard After-Action process set forth in Directive 0905.00, as well as point supervisors to the most relevant directives to review in determining findings.
