Directives 0870.15, Use of Restraints for Custodies, Detentions, and Arrests; 0870.20, Custody and Courtesy Transports; and 0870.25, Temporary Detention Areas in Police Facilities - Executive Summary

The Bureau reviewed and updated these directives as part of its regular policy review and development process and for Northwest Accreditation Alliance purposes.  In that process, the Bureau created a new directive: Directive 0870.15, Use of Restraints for Custodies, Detentions, and Arrests.
