The Bureau anticipates changing the size and composition of the Review Board to include a member of command staff, and reduce the number of voting member that need to be present. 

The Bureau also anticipates updating the definitions for the different crash findings (eg preventable, not preventable, not an accident) to improve clarity and keep them in line with national standards.
