The 2014-2015 budget is a spending plan covering the fiscal year between July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. Budget development for this fiscal year occurred from September 2013 to June 2014.

 Local government budgeting in Oregon is governed by Local Budget Law, Chapter 294 of the Oregon Revised Statutes. Residents involved in the budget process work to ensure the services they require and want are adequately funded. City officials are responsible for building a budget that reflects the public interest and is structurally correct.
